Monte León is home to one of the most luxurious residential estates and is approx. 500 metres above sea level. This stretch of Gran Canaria’s southern coastline is the sunniest section with the most beautiful beaches. Maspalomas is also only a few kilometres from the villa, and the dunes of Maspalomas are likewise well worth a visit.
Activities in the area:
The villa is situated right on one of the most popular training routes for cyclists and triathletes. The location is also perfect for a short cycling tour. Visit the sights of Maspalomas, such as the lighthouse. There are also multiple golf courses nearby, such as Maspalomas Golf or Meloneras Golf Academy. And what’s more, a visit to the zoo or the amusement park is fun for the whole family.
